Return Policy

International Returns

International returns are at the expense of the customer. Hanger Project will refund the merchandise and tax . Duty is included in the cost of the merchandise. We do not accept international exchanges.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. We do not refund for shipping costs unless a shipping mistake was made on our behalf.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date the order was received.

CBSA CREDITS POA

(Hanger Project LLC) is an approved CREDITS participant with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). By ordering goods from (Hanger Project LLC), I hereby authorize (Russell A Farrow Limited) an approved customs broker on CREDITS, to act as my agent, and to transact business with the CBSA, to obtain release of my merchandise, account for duties and taxes, control the return merchandise to (Hanger Project LLC), and electronically submit refund claims on my behalf. Under CREDITS, I understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the customs broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from (Hanger Project LLC). Further, I also authorize the customs broker to forward any refund issued by the CBSA in my name to (Hanger Project LLC) so they can be reimbursed.

Contact Customer Service prior to returning the item to obtain a return authorization and instructions.

Unidentified returns without an RMA or those received outside of the return policy timeline will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense, disposed of, or donated to a local charitable organization without refund.

All returned merchandise must be unused, in resalable condition and have the original manufacturer tags, labels, seals, packaging, information cards, accessories, etc. intact. All shoes must have unworn soles. Please try shoes on a carpeted area to avoid sole damage. Returned merchandise that doe not meet this criteria will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense, disposed of, or donated to a local charitable organization without refund or exchange.

Please be sure to package the merchandise so it will not be damaged in transit. Merchandise damaged in transit due to poor packaging will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense or disposed of without refund or exchange.

You can expect your refund within 4 weeks of shipping your package back to us. You will be notified by email once your order is processed.

Damaged Merchandise

We take every precaution to package orders as carefully as possible to minimize the possible of damage during transit. If for any reason you receive your items damaged, please contact Customer Service within 3 days of receiving damaged merchandise.

International customers will receive a refund for damaged items.

Sale Item Return and Exchanges

All sales are final on reduced and promotional priced merchandise. No returns or exchanges will be honored.

Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotional and door buster items are final sale.

Special Projects

Special Project items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are final sale. The deposit is non-refundable on orders canceled by customer. Orders must cancelled before production to qualify for deposit refund. Please contact customer service for more details.

All Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.
